Very difficult vendor. I just read the answer that owner post. He didn't mention a few details. 1. We paid for the Techs visit two times for over $ 550.we have not get the money back 9/9/2022. 2 the owner want it his way or won't be any other way.3. Any solutions for his own benefits. 4. Prove to everyone that you paid the techs. 5. The way of conducts business is orthodox for solutions to the problems . WARNING STAYED AWAY.

Vender very difficult. We got a margarita machine that didn't work. We pay the Taylor tech In Houston Tx two times . Received one check with no signature and the second have no received yet. therefore, no choice to place the reverse change. Got a call from vendor, " we have lawyers to deal with this . It is not our first rodeo" State clear that this vendor do thing wrong.only you can imagine the rest . The experience with this company was not professional and not business oriented. We have the proper documentation to provide that we received a machine that did not  work. We are responsible  and responding accordingly to the answer received. We will use all the options and resorts available to us to resolve this matter. Keep you all posted
