Danielle is one of the least professional agents / brokers ive experienced in a long time. She should be removed asap, she was inappropriate and extremely rude. Unacceptable employee behavior, I cant even believe how we were treated.

Victoria was amazing throughout our rental process. She had a good understanding of our needs and concerns. Not only did she address them, but the whole process was easy, quick and we could not ask for better tenants. Would use her over and over again.

As a building owner in Red Hook I can't say enough about Realty Collective. Victoria made the rental process so easy. My two apartments were leased out quickly and to solid tenants for the long term. I trust Victoria because of her experience, but I also know she works tirelessly on the best situation for all.

I cant speak highly enough of this place! We were looking for an apartment to rent and worked with Naomi and she was AMAZING! Not only is Naomi just the nicest and most chill person, but she really listened to what we wanted and didnt want. She introduced us to neighborhoods she thought we might like by walking us around and showing us the amenities after viewings. When it came to apartments she only showed us places that fit the bill. It was a tight market and didnt happen right away, but Naomi was there when we were feeling nervous about the state of the apartment hunt and she fielded MULTIPLE phone calls when we were feeling scared and reassured us that we would find the perfect place. AND WE DID!! We love our apartment and our new neighborhood. We are so happy with the end result. Naomi took such good care of us and we are so grateful for her help!! 10/5 stars!
