Chad Kessler is hands-down the best Real Estate broker we have worked with in New York City. Hes incredibly thoughtful, goes out of his way to make sure that prospective tenants have all of the information they need, and goes above and beyond every step of the way. It says a lot that years after renting with him all of the neighbors universally agree that hes the best AND that we trust him to find more good neighbors. I cant imagine a better outcome for owners and tenants alike.

If you are in need of an apartment or looking to purchase/sell a home, pls work with Chad Kessler! I felt like I was working with a friend and not just any agent. Most brokers don't take the time to help you and aren't as patient, transparent, and as helpful as Chad is. He helped me secure an apt in a very tough market. Forever grateful!
