Great platform for the price point, but not able to deal with simple money transfers and use terrible service to frustrate clients. Makes me worried about their liquidity/financial viability.

Worst experience ever! Had 9 shares short over the weekend. Charged me $118 the Friday night, then doubled to $230 sat, and another $230 Sunday night. Literally blowing up my account, then they close out my position in the morning ffs because of leverage. I blame myself, but there needs to be clarification that if you hold a short portion over the weekend, you are at the mercy of their will. They will charge you for 3 nights while doubleing the rate on the 2nd and 3rd when you can't get out of your position.

Love this platform for day trading and shorting but sadly their same day wire out transfers are never same day and sometimes can be up to 3-4 days depending on when they want to get around to it
