The absolute best property management company in NYC. We rented several apartments from the Bermans over the past decade and there has never been a more attentive, detail-oriented, and friendly family to work with. Their North Slope buildings are beautiful with historic detail maintained. Infrequent maintenance issues were attended to promptly, usually same day if not same hour. We only wish the Bermans rented properties in every city!

I rented from Berman Realty for 8 years. (Two different apartments in the same building during that time period.) The buildings were beautiful and the Bermans were great landlords. They were always available when there was a problem, and quick to resolve any issues. They are also super reasonable when it comes to rent and rent increases compared to other landlords and realty companies.

I rented an apartment from Berman Reality for 2 years in Park Slope and they kept the property in great condition. They have a lovely offering of apartments and take great care of their properties, they are quick to respond to any issues that needed fixing or tending to and will send over immediate assistance. I had a great experience renting with them.

We have been with Berman Realty since we moved here in 2019, and we couldn't have been luckier. We always hear horror stories about NYC landlords, but this is certainly not one of them. The buildings and the apartments are well maintained and Joseph, Marc and Steven are super responsive, reliable, and professional. Highly recommended!
