David Saba from the Saba Team at Compass has been such a valuable asset for my son's search for a new home, a condo in Williamsburg. He assisted us from A to Z, patiently, to find the ideal condo in Williamsburg, waterfront, amazing view, negotiated a great deal and was able to drive through the process to get us to the closing table. Not easy in NY as Sellers can walk away at any time before the contract is executed. He was very patient and handled the negotiation with the co-broker smoothly. We had lost a previous contract, so I know it was not easy!! Thank you David!! You are my person of trust in Brooklyn!!

We had been looking for a few months to move from our condo in Chelsea, Manhattan to upgrade to some more space and he helped make it happen. David was super diligent and always made himself available for showings or questions we had throughout the process. He thoughtfully took all our needs into account. He is honest, organized, super reliable, and a fantastic communicator. He helped position us for an easy closing on our new condo in Williamsburg, Brooklyn while also helping us quickly rent out our condo in Chelsea, Manhattan.
