DO NOT BUY from this team. They sold me a home with illegally hooked up gas and left my family with no heat or hot water for almost 6 months in a renovated brownstone. Adam Sadel looked me in the eye and shook my hand and told me he and the seller would be there for us if any problems came up, but it was a flat out lie. When it came to light that the gas had been illegally and fraudulently hooked up by the seller, they told us sorry but it was our problem and should have come up in the inspection. Not trustworthy or people with integrity. If they are repping the house, find another one.

Dan D. was the most incredible resource in our home buying process. Dan was always available to answer questions, show us new spaces, make educated suggestions, and support us in the process of finding and purchasing a new home. Dan has major knowledge of Brooklyn neighborhoods, things to look for in vetting homes, and ideas for improving a home to make it your own. We couldnt have found our amazing new home without Dan, and we are so grateful to him and the Golan team!

My experience with Paula has been nothing but absolutely delight. She's warm, professional, and attentive to the slightest details, which made an otherwise intimidating journey way easier. She responded to all of my concerns and questions thoroughly with the most up to date information of the market, making sure that my needs are heard and valued. The whole searching process has been quite lengthy with many set backs, but Paula's knowledge and professionalism has made a huge difference in my mentality, and thanks to her I was able to finally pin down on a new home :)

Alex Fincham is one of those rare talents in the field. I never imagined how smoothly and quickly buying a condo could go, but that's because Alex did all the heavy lifting. From chasing down every listing within my budget and pushing my offer to the head of the pile to constantly staying on top of every party (bank, condo association, lawyers, property managers, etc.) making sure no one dropped the ball. A day didn't go by without him sharing some kind of update on which party was doing what, staying in direct communication with everyone and pushing them to do their part. And as if his awesome work ethic wasn't enough, he has the most kind and generous personality in the business. He's always available to answer questions, gives awesome advice whatever your reason for buying and has all the best connections on property management, renovations, etc. He's a treasure trove of invaluable knowledge and the best thing of all is, he's open to staying in contact long after you've closed on your purchase. I highly recommend Alex! Purchasing a home can be a very stressful situation; having someone like Alex in your corner greatly improves the experience.
