Mendel was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had been so disheartened by other brokers I'd worked with on my return to NYC after several years away. Mendel was a total game changer who helped me land the most perfect home -- where I hope to stay for a long, long time (otherwise I'd say I hope to work with him again soon!). He is/was extremely professional, thoughtful, attentive and kind throughout the entire process, and I feel so blessed to have connected and to have had the opportunity to work together. Mendel was amazing! His knowledge, patience and attention to detail was unbelievably helpful in navigating the rental market. He explained everything clearly and I was able to rent the apartment I wanted within 2 days. Mendel is also extremely kind, straight forward and funny, too!

Mendel was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the building I was viewing. The application process was clear and easy, and the turnaround was super quick. He continued to answer questions and guide me in the moving process, and helped facilitate communication with the super to ease the transition to my new home :)
