These people were rude AS HELL....I call them and she just says "HELLO!" I call them back and I ask about how to get started on renting an apartment as it was my first time doing so....she says "oh well we don't do that" Very disgusting attitude and negative experience. After weeks of struggling to find an apartment in this difficult market, I was able to find my dream apartment with Shayna and it was in budget. I could not be happier with the results. These ladies get stuff done! Efficient, communicative, and so nice to work with. I've been dreaming of moving to Brooklyn and they've made the journey quick and easy. I felt so taken care of and listened to, which is amazing considering the amount of Brokers I waded through before finding L.Nelson. Would highly recommend if you're in the market!

Shayna was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive at all times , but also stayed on top of the whole process, kept me updated, and guided me all the way through to lease signing. I would recommend her to my friends for finding a place in that area without a doubt.
