We had the incredible pleasure of working with Rina Silber, Project Manager at Reside New York. Words cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are to have been blessed with such a great agent. Ms. Silber is amazing at her work, she is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and above all caring. Our familys dream of being approved for affordable housing in a beautiful new building has come true through her hands. We applied for this project in December of 2023 and when it seemed like we were in an infinite wait, boom it happened. We were called for a viewing of the unit and once our case was in Ms. Silbers desk everything just moved so quickly and effortlessly for us. She held our hand through the whole process, meticulously explaining every step and what was needed from us. Her diligence and attention to detail is unmatched.
