Jerry Tenenbaum and his team at Top Nest Real Estate are very experienced and easy to communicate with. Jerry listens to his clients' needs and focuses on building a relationship with his clients. Because of his years of experience, he has a good instinct for how things will work out and offers suggestions to his clients. Jerry is good at negotiating and also has many good relationships with other local agents. He is bright, energetic and makes you feel comfortable. He explains everything. He walked us through the process step by step. We were not sure about selling at this time but Jerry talked to us and said that this time is like no other and he was right.
