I have worked with Gene on two separate occasions and honestly don't know what I would have done without his expertise, creative solutions and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is a tireless resource and source of support on so many levels. I truly felt like I had a partner in the process. He has twice rented my house, each time making every possible effort to show my house in the best possible light and forging a meticulous vetting process to find amazing tenants who would take of my home as if it were their own. One tenant stayed for four years and the new tenants have signed a two year lease and have already put my mind at ease with their thoughtfulness and communication. As a true testament to Gene's honesty, professionalism and diligence, he weeds through each prospective tenant's application with a fine tooth comb to find and address any red flags. At the risk of me rejecting a potential tenant, he honestly communicated his findings, saving me from potential trouble down the road. I can't say enough good things about Gene. I would never use anyone else.

Honestly I’m kicking myself for not going with Gene when I initially listed my co-op. From personal experience believe me when I say ...A good broker is hard to find, and is the main factor in getting your property sold!!!! After an awful experience with my initial broker, I contacted Gene and explained the problems I had encountered, he then provided me with insight into how things work and the issues with switching brokers before a contract was expired. As soon as I was able to, I re-listed my property with Gene. What a difference a good broker makes, and Gene is a GREAT Broker!!!!! After having been on the market for 8 months, Gene came along and had an offer in 3 WEEKS!!!!! He knows the market, doesn’t feed you pipe dreams, and goes above and beyond to get your property sold!!! Gene is extremely knowledgeable & professional and is able to find a practical solution to any issues that may arise. He is really Amazing and on top of things. I wholeheartedly recommend Gene to my family and friends and anyone who is looking to buy/sell property!!!!!

Gene is awesome. He listed and sold our Brooklyn co-op and despite several setbacks (none of which were his fault) he kept a positive attitude and got us every penny he had said he would. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you need a realtor, look no further - this is your guy.

My partner and I used Gene Keyser to list and sell our home, and he helped us find the new house we transitioned into. We were really pleased with Gene's professionalism, candor, and skills. The deals were both relatively smooth compared to how the process was when we bought our home place just a few years ago, through a competing broker. At the closing table, our laywer (who is also a long time family friend), explained that Gene worked his magic behind the scenes on several occasions to overcome numerous issues, and that he rarely worked with agent as capable or caring about their clients. We recommend him to everyone.
