This place has gone down hill within the last few years. You can't ever get an appointment with your doctor even if you're sick. But you can get a virtual visit by a nurse practitioner within minutes. I sent a message with my symptoms, what could the nurse practitioner do virtually. She can't look down my throat, she can't look into my ears, she can't listen to my chest. Come on, this is just another way to charge the insurance company. I was recently there. In the past the doctor would prescribe something according to your symptoms, there was no need for a virtual visit. It's all about the almighty dollar.

Could be a five-star place if the front desk staff was anything like the doctors that work there. My family and I love Dr. Manna and I would recommend him to all our family and friends, but i wouldn't wish dealing with that front desk staff on my worst enemy

Dr Jen is one of the best doctors in the world . Her father Dr Joe is as well. I cant speak about the other Drs there as I have not been to them.

I requested an appointment online and was called back with someone left a voicemail stating we are calling to make an appointment but i missed the call so i returned it and was told no one in this whole facility is taking new patients at this time & was told to call NYU langone in the city to see if they have a provider with availability by me, seriously a waste of time It should not be this hard to book an appointment to see a PCP
