Absolutely boorish communication from the employee Natalia. I have never heard such amount of rudeness in the US. Your business will not be successful because of this employee. Constant complaints about Natalia's rudeness somehow go unheeded. I am not the first, judging by the reviews here, to whom she was rude and discouraged all desire to undergo treatment with you. Stay away. This doctor has no interest in getting to the root cause of your health issue. He only ran one very simple and quick breath test, regardless of the fact that I've had severe breathing problems with multiple visits to the emergency room for 2 months. Without a doubt, more comprehensive testing was needed. He sent me home with nothing, not even an inhaler. I was back to square one, making appointments with other physicians. Upon seeing another pulmanologist in Manhattan, I've been diagnosed with moderate chronic asthma with severe episodes that requires continuous long-term treatment before more severe and permanent damage occurs to my lungs! Needless to say, asthma can be fatal! This doctor should be reported.

Yes, Natasha first of all sets up the doctor, after such a conversation with her on the phone, there is no desire to go to the doctor I don't recommend it

It honestly pains me to write a poor review for local businesses. I should have read the complaints before seeing him. This doctor and his staff is withholding my results and refuses to email or call me. I am out of NY for work and their staff begging me for another co pay visit is not accepetable. It SHOULD NOT TAKE 3 VISITS or more to get your results. If you want to take an apnea test expect to be finesse to come in multiple visits and be unnecessarily charged.
