After being ghosted by our previous management company, our small condo signed on with Guardian Property Management of Brooklyn in October 2022, and we've been very satisfied. Jeff carried out the transition smoothly, including catching us up with filings and inspections and taking over open issues. Jeff is super responsive to the concerns of board members, knows how to deal with city agencies, and is financially transparent. Since they specialize in working with small buildings we get the attention we deserve.

2024 Update: Jeff and Guardian have continued to be a stabilizing and guiding force and have helped us through several building-wide issues and improvements. Continue to highly recommend their management! 2022: I can't say enough great things about Guardian and Jeff Winter. Our boutique building in Brooklyn had been managed by another company to disastrous results. We came to Guardian in full disarray on nearly every front and Jeff and team really did the work of righting the ship including managing angry owners, simplifying processes, taking over finances (which the board had been managing due to mismanagement from our former management company), and cutting through the chaos. Jeff and the Guardian team are simply lovely to work with and we appreciate the very friendly and dynamic working relationship we have. Not all management companies are created equal. Take it from me having made a mistake the first time, Guardian is a great choice.
