    Im very very offended by the buildings management team for three major breakdowns in the past year I lived: 1 my washer and lock was broke for an entire four months I lived, after Ive requested thousands of times that they please come fix it soon. 2 my friend tried to sleepover at my place when I was on a trip. I filed the form and asked the front desk to her my key(because my lock was broke or I could just remote control my door) but still my friend had to wait for hours in the front desk while calling me to talk to them. 3. Tonight! The most unbearable moment ever. My friend came to my building to drop off my earbuds that she accidentally took away, and since I wouldnt be there, I asked her to drop at the front desk. At the same time, I want to have a little surprise for her, so I left a hand cream at the front desk, and told the front desk person to give it to her. But my friend texted me that she didnt get any hand cream and when I arrived back, I asked the front desk person (a different one from the morning), he said that he didnt know anything about the hand cream. I received no apology but him saying I dont know, no body told me anything, you have to ask the morning person, with an extremely annoyed attitude. I asked him to check the security camera, and he said okay, but you stay back from the desk, and when he saw me in the security camera this morning dropping things, he said he couldnt see what I left and i have to ask the morning person. A few minutes later, I received a call and he said he found my hand cream in my mailbox, and when I went downstairs to pick it up, and even said thank you to him, he didnt say ANYTHING back, and he remained looking extremely annoyed. I dont know what to say about this, and I definitely think no one should be treated like such! I will talk about this with the management office to see if they can improve but if not, this review is the proof of how bad this building isit is not even a problem of capability, it is the mere attitude and disrespect they are holding against residents

    At $8k+ per month , this is the worst apartment rental experience I've ever had. TL,DR: everything breaks, takes months to respond and fix, and everything breaks again after "fixing". 1. Electronic door lock failure, leading to being locked out of our apartment 4 times in the first month. Despite multiple repairs, the problem persisted and we have to make our own physical key because management discouraged the use of a physical key. 2. A major shower leak in the main bath wasn't addressed for 8 months, and even after repair, the issue recurred due to improper installation. 3. Fire alarms constantly beeped due to battery issues. Despite immediate battery replacement and multiple tickets and calls for help, the problem remains unresolved.

    We do not recommend moving here. Everything in our apartment is breaking down. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Our latch door lock was broken for half of the year and they did not fix it despite multiple maintenance requests. They are extremely inflexible, they would not let us end the lease even 1 month early despite marijuana smell nearly every day which made our apartment intolerable.

    The bldg and management is excellent, the bldg stays clean, the gym is sanitized and its a clean environment to work Out. The laundry area is always clean if something is broke in the bldg management fixes immediately. The area just dont have any shopping areas close so if you dont have a car theres a bit of walking to do
