Shady company with shady people. Made up charges for security deposit and are trying to avoid providing proof of the cost, also missed our 14 day security deposit deadline. One of our bedrooms was also illegal, which is why they will REFUSE to send you any sort of floor plan before you move in. Cheap properties that fall apart constantly, very little upkeep. Steer clear Edit: you know exactly what this is about and you are illegally trying to pass charges onto us, I did call your office and Jack, one of your fine employees, said verbatim its not that much money to a charge you have NOT PROVIDED PROOF FOR - your employees are gaslighting tenants into paying fees with no justification

I've been a resident in a Bedford Enterprises home for over five years now, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate their service. Their responsiveness, amiable communication, and fairness in lease negotiations set them apart from other property management companies I've dealt with in the past. The building superintendents, Mauricio and Alex, deserve special recognition. Their handy skills and accommodating attitudes make day-to-day living in the property a breeze. The air conditioning technician, Heimlich, demonstrates expertise and professionalism in every task he handles. The property managers, Hershy and Efri, are another asset to Bedford Enterprises. They are always available and helpful in the rare event of any issues. Their efficient management adds a significant level of comfort and reassurance. Living in our apartment in Williamsburg has been a wonderful experience, further enhanced by the positive interactions with the property management team. Bedford Enterprises has provided a seamless living situation, and I am extremely satisfied with their service.

In the three years I have rented with Bedford Enterprises I have had nothing but great experiences with the management team and office staff. They have been attentive and punctual to all maintenance requests or any general concerns that have been brought to them. The office staff is always polite and pleasant to interact with as well as addressing any issues. I have recommended their properties to other friends of mine and they too have enjoyed their experience with them. The building is very well maintained and the front desk staff couldnt be any better. Overall a pleasant experience.
