Boost Management

Boost management is horrible excuse of a management company. Honestly if you are considering renting an apartment that is managed by boost, run! Look for another apartment. I have been calling the office to talk to an agent or anyone at boost since September 2023. Their phone line is either down or just doesnt work. Ive also emailed them at the email provided but still no response for months. No access to them via the app they use as well. Its essentially impossible to speak to boost management. Ive asked the super to give me a mobile number or anyone he has contact with but he has told me multiple times that his not allowed to give the phone number out because management company doesnt want tenants to have access to them This is disgusting behavior. Tenants should have proper access to building management. Also note that boost wants to cut corners on all repairs and maintenance to try and save money. The super told me management said we need to do the cheapest job possible so cover up or good enough is the job So expect that service when renting through boost.

Worst experience ever! II lived there for 2 years. I was never late on my bill but Ben allowed a small issue that happened in our apartment to become huge. When I explained to him that I needed him to explain something to the other tenants involving the lease. He refused and said he just wanted my money. He also allowed my roommates to take my room and move their stuff in room without my consent and expected me to pay. He also allowed them to take my security deposit, which explains that they would need complete consent of all tenants who paid for a security deposit to agree on one person to get the check and they stole the whole thing. He doesn't care, he preys on young tenants and pressures to sue them if they can't pay the rent and allows illegal activity to happened. Especially when I was consistent with payment and a good tenant and just needed help dealing with problem. Please do not engage in business with him or him management company unless you want to deal with a nightmare.

We are the Exterminator Company for Boost Management.  I have been working with Boost Management for 2 years and I find them to be a very responsive Management company with its tenants. They're very Professional and Personable whether it's with our company or with their tenants. I believe anyone looking to rent from a company should find their way to Boost Management.

Boost Management is literally the best Property Management team I've dealt with in NYC. Ben + Kristin get back to me super fast about anything (maintenance, lockouts, etc), no matter the time or day. Living in New York you get accustomed to subpar management companies so it's AMAZING TO HAVE SOME GOOD GUYS OUT THERE!!
