Myself, my husband and my brothers moved in to a property of this company just over 5 years ago and we are so sad to leave. We started our family here, so it is a home of many firsts. Our babys first words, first steps and on and on. Not only has it been a special place for this family, it has also been a pure joy to be tenants to such responsive and caring landlords. I think that probably cemented everything for us. We are now going to be first time home buyers, so it is time to move on, otherwise they would never get rid of us!! :)

Brooklyn Green has and continues to be the best landlord / management company Ive ever rented from, and its not even close. The unit itself is beautiful, and its clear the renovations were done thoughtfully and at a very high quality (certainly well above average for the area). In the 5+ years Ive been here, the company has been incredibly responsive to every maintenance issue Ive ever hadno matter how big or small, they always ensure its resolved within 24 hours. (For example: When our fridge broke down, they had a new one trucked over immediately. And when we had an internet issue, they spent hours on the phone with the cable company to ensure it was fixed, despite it not being their responsibility to do so.) In addition to being responsive, everyone at the company is extremely friendly, and they make paperwork, lease renewals, and payments a breeze with a great online portal. I cant imagine having a better landlord, and would recommend anyone rent from them without hesitation.
