I've been working with Eric in multiple projects for almost 4 years and safe to say that he is a property manager that everyone should go to and trust. He will do a project for you from a to z completely without leaving you any headaches to deal with. As a general contractor, I am working with multiple managements in the NYC Area and what makes Eric unique is the fact that his phone is never off, no matter the time of the day, no jobsite is far for him, he would drive on site at any time of the day to make sure all the issues are resolved for his clients. Takes care of the properties he manages as if he owns them. I would highly recommend him and nobody will be disappointed!

I'm the owner/manager of a 10 unit brownstone that my grandfather purchased over 60 years ago. Managing the building has been a "learn on the job" project for me.
