Ed and his team have done a great job as the property management company for our condo building. When major issues occurred - such as a piece of the cornice falling off onto the street below - he was at the site within 15 minutes, had the area roped off to protect pedestrians and followed through to fix it quickly. Maybe he was close by when the event happened - cause 15 min is better than 911 -- but he's always been prompt whenever something is urgent, and for non-urgent items he's also managed those repairs and issues very well. I highly recommend.

Edward Torres and his team at ETBK have been great managers of our condominium in Park Slope. They employ user-friendly technology for maintenance payments, tracking of maintenance requests, posting general building related information, and listing emergency vendors for easy reference. The staff, including the administrative professionals and building maintenance (cleaners, porter), are reliable, trustworthy, and thorough in their responsibilities. I've never met a property manager more responsive in an emergency than Eddie - his experience and connections have proven to be invaluable in a crisis (basement flood, roof issue). He's an incredibly nice guy, as well! Another major benefit is ETBK's experience in construction and real estate matters. ETBK easily addressed our needs to upgrade communal area lighting, paint the hallways, and re-seal the fire escape. When outside contractors perform work in the building, ETBK property management ensures that all compliant paperwork is received. ETBK is responsive and professional in sales and rental interactions. I'm very happy with the professionalism of Eddie and his team in their managing of my rental properties. I have several properties that they manage and they are extremely diligent and attentive. I live out of town and they set my mind at ease. I've recommended them to others, who have also been very happy.
