        We have lived at The Deermar since it opened. The Deermar is an outstanding residence building. It is beautifully designed and excellently and efficiently maintained. The roof is especially a wonderful amenity with amazing views, lovely landscaping and comfortable seating and arrangements.

        Had an amazing time living at 2039 Ocean Ave, Brooklyn NY. Super responsive landlords and management, and beautiful new property. The views of the NY skyline from the roof are unbeatable. Not to mention, Ranco management is super considerate to accommodate special needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend renting with them. Shoutout to David and Melanie specifically, they were amazing.
