We have lived at an apartment at 432 E 88th Street for 9 years and the management has been very responsive and helpful during our entire time there. The super was great and helpful; he loved our dog and kids and was always available for major items when needed. The building was always clean and Noam was was incredibly helpful during the pandemic. We would recommend our friends into this building and we did as we had one take our apartment when we left.

This has been the worst landlord experience I have ever had. My roommates and I haven't had heat and hot water for weeks now and everytime we call, the management company says they'll take care of it and then ghost us. I had a leak in my ceiling that they just painted over and eventually a part of the ceiling collapsed in my bedroom. Thankfully no one was hurt and it took them weeks to fix this. This company is atrocious, negligent, and treat their tenants poorly. We don't have access to basic necessities we pay for such as heat and hot water. Absolutely do not rent with them!

Moved into a beautiful apartment on 49st Street. The rents were exceptionally high stayed several months and every thing was wonderful except the heating went out and stayed out for a couple of months, the city were told and the rent for that period was never reduced. I made the mistake of assuming people get kicked out because they didn't pay rent. However what I found out was they were and maybe still are indiscriminately throwing out paying residents by threatening them. They also would not offer any rent assured tenancies. I chose to voluntarily move out after being theatened myself over their fear of not receiving rent. Regardless of the fact that I had been receiving the monthly rent requests and paying them in full on and on time. After moving out and not making an argument I followed local city government advice, wrote and continue to write to Noam Management Group politely requesting the return of the 5 Month deposit that I had given them in full which they kept I continued to be charged monthly rent. 3 years after moving out and writing to them every month, I am still waiting to be repaid the 5 month deposit. which I have not, cannot and will not forget about.
