The literal worst company I have ever had the displeasure of being connected to. Be ready to get completely ghosted, gaslit, and screwed over regarding any necessities or repairs or anything close if you live in one of their buildings.

Very unresponsive. Didn't walk through apartment before we moved in, we had to clean the toilet and tub ourselves. There were no smoke detectors when we moved in, and there isn't a back door lock. I've sent several e-mails and put in maintenance requests with no follow up or resolve. I would avoid any of their properties at all costs. There's cockroaches in our apartment and no immediate response. The landlord let us move into a unit that is breaking several housing laws.

The best property company I've dealt with in NYC. Nick worked with us towards the end to make sure we got our security deposit. He was very understanding and flexible throughout our stay in the apartment as well.

I lived in a Big Management property for three years. Nearly every time I or my roommates had an issue Big Management was able to quickly resolve it. During a tricky situation at the end of the lease they were very understanding and even willing to lend a hand in order to ensure a clean and easy transfer.
