        50 East 18th Street is riddled with filth, black mold, roaches and rats. The neighbors fight in the hallway, loud music plays on a daily basis, the appliances are broken, and the apartment flood as the result of storms, air conditioners and upstairs neighbors inadequate plumbing. Garbage is piled in the corridors and courtyard is filled with kitten-size rats. Management does NOT respond to complaints unless you get the city involved. I would advise, for sake of sanity to avoid living in this tenement yard.
