Only 2 people at the register with very long lines! It's obvious that Staples or at least this particular branch that services this community does NOT care about good customer service. They'd rather save money by not hiring enough employees or not paying enough to have more employees while inconveniencing their customers! Terrible experience from a company this big!

Rude associates, manager has a godly complex. They treat their customers with attitude and like you are a bother to them. The day they close this store or hire a complete new staff Ill be happy. They are all trash and these reviews speak for themselves.

This place is quick and easy when you need supplies, my only problem is with ups package drop offs. It's hit or miss with that. I have been fortunate enough to experience a quick scan of my package and I'm gone, but most of the time this section of this particular staples is badly mismanaged and you can wait upwards of 20 mins to just have someone acknowledge you and scan your package.
