        Useless employees that dont give any attention to customers. Walked around the store for 30 minutes and couldnt get anyone to assist me.

        Any time I come into this Stapes I am never disappointed. If the item I want is not in stock, they order it for me. I have never had a rude or poor interaction with any of the employees. They are all respectful, efficient and helpful. I cannot recommend this Staples high enough.

        they dont do lamimation, machine is always broken, employees are not helpful at all, do not try calling them asking for anything, it takes 20 minutes for them to doublecheck if the lamination machine is working or not. very bad service, very long queues.

        today Tuesday 8/16/22..Bay Ridge STAPLES OPEN THEIR STORES ONE HOUR LATE, at 8 INSTEAD OF 7, i and other customers waited outside for one hour, please have respect for you customers time or update the hours you have online, and post it on the front sliding door. thanks
