Jerry and CID were a breath of fresh air after I was unable to get responses from not one but two plumbers that came recommended. He was responsive, efficient and asked good questions. My hat's off as he's obviously out there working hard- his estimate was sent over after 9pm. On the day of the job, his brother Chris came over to get things going and the guys did the tasks as promised (installed shutoff valves, installed kitchen faucet, hooked up a dishwasher). Everything looks and works great! In my case, we knew we would have to shut the building water off, and everything went to plan i.e. they gave an estimate on how long the water would need to be off, and they met that estimate. They definitely have a "we'll take care of you" vibe. And CID is certainly living up to its all 5 star reviews- as they get one from me. Gotta love the hustle of a small business owner.

AMAZING service, great communication and was able to do the job quickly and perfectly! My new go to plumber. I have been a decorator for 20 years and have used many plumbers. I am new to the area and used C.I.D Plumbing and this was a great experience. Will only use C.I.D in the future!!!! Service: Shower repair
