Prospect Park Plumbing and Heating

Finally realized our hot water heater might be failing late one afternoon recently. Prospect Plumbing and their friendly crew arrived first thing next day to work on the replacement. Their work was top notch, but as luck would have it the new unit had had problems. We were never left hanging and his crew stayed on the problem through multiple technician visits and parts change outs until it was fixed. Great craftsmanship and great service!

Outstanding work and the price was less than other quotes. Had my old hot water heater replaced as well as 2 valves. These are not as easy as they seem as pipes get rusted or brittle, etc. Two guys came in and did phenomenal work. Clean, efficient, they had floor covers and worked fast. The spout (not sure what it's called) had broken off at the bottom to empty the tank. This required some engineering that a less experienced outfit might not know about. (You have to empty the old tank and not have a flood in the process). The guy knew exactly what to do. I would recommend them and hire them again.
