Domino's Pizza

Never delivered my pizza. Had 10 guests wait for 3 hours to receive nothing. They sure did charge my credit card & update their tracker as delivered no one is picking up the phone at headquarter neither. I wouldnt go to this location & will be telling everyone about this scam.

Wish I can give them ZERO stars. Stay away from this place if you don't wanna ruin your day. Delivery guy simply refused to deliver the order, but asked me to pick it up outside because he cannot park his car! (Despite the fact I picked the CONTACTLESS delivery option).

Order tracker said my food was ready but I still had to wait about 5 minutes. Pizza was good, the buffalo wings were a bit light on the sauce; it was drizzled on top leaving the underside uncoated.

I consider myself a VERY patient person with all services and service people, but I have absolutely no patience and tolerance for this Dominos. My order never arrived last night, so I tried calling to get a refund. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone and no one answering, I WALKED all the way to the store. The man said he couldnt give me a refund because the delivery man was still out and might still deliver my pizza. So I waited and the pizza still never got delivered. I called the following day and was told that the manager who processes refunds will be available to help me the following day at 11pm-midnight after the rush dies down. Im asleep by then and cant imagine anyone seriously suggesting one call at so late a time. This location is so incompetent and I HIGHLY advise you avoid it. So frustrating.

I went to this location recently and lets just say I wont be going back. I order ahead on the website but I still had to wait for my order when I went in. I stood there for 15-20 mins and no one said anything, whole time my food was ready. When I got home as im eating a slice, I found a hair in it. A long straight hair and it sure wasnt mine. The people in the store did not wear hair nets so I figured it belonged to the young lady who I saw. And to top it all of as I stood waiting for the pizza I noticed that very said young lady cough into her hand and then proceeded to touch the dough to make pizza. YES WITH MY OWN EYES I SAY THIS. how can you cough in your hand while preparing food for people and not wash it???BIGGEST HEALTH VIOLATION EVER. she didnt even have a mask on. I was so disgusted and turned off, i threw the pizza in the garbage. 0/10 do not recommend. pls dont go here
