Highly dissatisfied. Poor craftsmanship and professionalism.
I got two prints framed: a large (32) for $100, and smaller one for $50.
I had larger print rolled up, and needed it to be flattened. John had mentioned that he can glue it to be flat. The end result was incredibly warped, and is now glued onto cardboard so there is no way to remedy it. There are also small pieces of dust and glue inside the frame. The staining on the wood is uneven. And lastly, the frame itself is incredibly light and feels cheap.
The smaller frame was laid out decently (the print I provided itself was already ripped). However the matting was incredibly uneven, and still had cut marks. When I called this out, John mentioned he added the mat in 'for free' even though it was a part of the original quote.

Fantastic work! Was my first order with Print and Frame Studios, great experience. I have an interesting piece of art glass that I've wanted to display for a while. John from Print and Frame was very helpful. I am so happy with the result, wish I had done this sooner! Fast turnaround, excellent customer service, beautiful workmanship. Highly recommend.
