The receptionist is so nice. She always has a welcome smile. I love my therapist Mr. Liang. He knows where my tightness and pain without me telling him. I missed Liang since I moved to another state in June. Dr. Shi is also great. He knows I don't like needles and he tries to be gentle as he can. They are all great and compassionate about their patients!

In November 2020 I came to Quality CarePT and Acupuncture I was in terrible sharp, burning pain in the lower back,hip ,buttock and leg (all on left side of my body) do to sciatica. My pain was so severe I came in there limping my husband had to help me. Imidietly dr Bin Cai take care of me and my treatment start. On every appointment I received acupuncture and massage. I want to thank all off people who took care of me Mr Zhu Mr Andy Mr Wu your massage relief my pain and stress, your work was excellent. Thank you Dr Bin Cai!. I highly recommend this place and go back if needed thank you all so much truly grateful Jadwiga Ras. PS: all of this without medication I feel great.

I was in really bad shape when I went to Quality Care Physical Therapy and Acupuncture. I have lower back and leg pain. My lower back was in pain all the time. Ive had difficulty standing up straight. I could only walk a half a block upright. When I would lie down, I would have to do so with great care and in a certain way to avoid excruciating pain. I had to constantly struggle to walk upright. I needed to rest often because my stamina was so poor. I mostly walked bent over. After two acupuncture sessions my lower back pain was gone. I now walk upright over longer distances. The improvements have been extraordinary. I no longer have pain when sitting or lying down or rising. Although Im not yet back to normal, my quality of life has greatly improved. I am continuing to go for treatment. P.s. The improvements I had did not last although I believe I was in less pain when I completed my course of treatment than when I began. I still could not walk upright. They never gave me any warning as to when my course of treatment would be over. I suddenly was told not to come back because the insurance wouldnt cover any more therapy. When I left, I was just as bent as when I first started there.
