Susan absolutely nailed our small wedding in Bay Head, NJ. She was able to engage the entire wedding party, including the camera-shy bride and groom. Taking pictures with Susan was so enjoyable, it felt like it went by in a flash! THERE IS ALWAYS A FIRST TIME! To answer your question, the reviewer is a parent who called you five times before the wedding, calls that you never returned. As far as contacting you after the event, honestly, what could you have done? As stated before, the photographs you took were amazing but to put it quite honestly although we requested specific pictures on the form that was submitted prior to the event, there are no photos of the parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, (unless the individuals randomly requested it) or longtime family guests. The parents of the groom found you to be rather dismissive of their requests, which is rather interesting considering they suggested you as the wedding photographer and paid for your services. Hopefully, you will use this review in a positive way so that it will further enhance your personal and professional development.
