I needed my medicine once I did delivery I waited all day to get it I am very sick I understand everyone else is to but I thought itll be afternoon to get my order not at almost 5pm til 6pm thats horrible service in person is as much better than delivery option I guess because they wont ask for money for delivery itll be given when ever they decide to drop off

Ive been coming here for years and the pharmacy staff has gotten progressively worse. The pharmacy staff is always rude- very disorganized and does not guarantee they have your meds in stock. They also Will have ur meds and wont inform you ur script is filled, and if you pick it up they spend 10 mins looking for it. if you ask for a delivery, it will show up whenever (Was told tomorrow and then came 2 days later). the people on the phone are incredibly nasty and dont want to help, will hang up on you mid sentence or put you in hold for 10+ mins and make you repeat everything when they decide to take you off hold. They also dont know how to do prior authorization . I have had them go back and forth for over a month, tryna get my meds while my dr stated the pharmacy was the one stalling on my authorization. (Ended up going nearby and had my meds filled instantly) I really wanted to keep going here to support a local business I grew up with but the staffs lack of interest in doing their job , and complete rudeness to their customers makes me have no choice but to go anywhere but here. Save ur head ache and go to literally any other pharmacy in the area.

A nightmare of a pharmacy. The most unprofessional staff, who openly talk about patients on the phone infront of customers. I dont know how this place has any business, do yourself a favor and stay away. Id rate walgreens on 9th st higher than this place, and that say a lot.
