Judgmental & Rude; Overpriced Around Thanksgiving my daughter, who suffers from debilitating anxiety, and I decided to help support a mom-and-pop pharmacy, rather than a big chain, but that was a mistake. The store was empty but the pharmacists behind the counter looked angry and side-eying me and my daughter and whispering to each other right after they asked who the prescription is for. They then made multiple excuses about why it couldn't be filled, blaming my insurance and looking impatient and annoyed. I stayed there and called my insurance company who said they found no issues, and in the end, I was able to get my daughter her medication here, but what should've been a simple process took nearly 2 hours and humiliation. I now went back to a big chain store brand - without the judgment, gossip, and dirty looks. On the positive side, the employee at the cashier near the entrance was very friendly and helped me find a great soap, but I ended up ordering online - price was a little high here.

The epitome of what one envisions when comparing an independently owned pharmacy vs. national chains. Service delivery is exceptional; as a customer at the front end store or patient of the pharmacy, youll never want to go back to those cold, uncaring big box giants again.

This is an excellent pharmacy. Theyre always very friendly and they remember all our prescriptions. Im so glad I found this place!
