Unprofessional and unfriendly, and not compassionate to people and there medical needs. Do not use this pharmacy

I grew up going here, my grandpa used to take me, and now the tables have turned and I'm caring for him and picking up his medicine. It's overwhelming being a caregiver by myself. But enough about me. I was told over the phone they had his medicine, but his insurance was no longer accepted. They said they would transfer it to a neighboring pharmacy and it will only take a couple of minutes. I went to the neighboring pharmacy hours later and they had no record of his things and advised me to just have his doctor send it over because I assume Apple Drugs is really difficult. Something told me to still try Apple because I'm just tired and overwhelmed. I went there, she brought the medicine and said I can just wait to see how much it would cost w/o insurance. I waited, she forgot I was there. I went to the counter and she was surprised to see me and then said she didn't have his medication which was weird... I smiled and walked out.
