The experience is always bad. I continue to go here to supposed my local small businesses, but members of the staff at Mellors make it hard to try and continue. From my experience the worst employee here by far is the one called China, she's rude, no customer service skills and by far the most unprofessional person I've encountered.
I believe the ownership team should take a hard look at their staffing and ensure they get retrained and reminded that they are all here to provide service to their customers.
