Wonderful masters! I brought my mothers dog here after the winter; it was all in tangles; they carefully combed it, trimmed it, and washed it. The dog looks like it's from a dog show! They also gave advice on caring for the dog and recommended cosmetics! Our master was Olga! Thank you, Olga, Lyalya is now your regular customer!

They charged me 40 to blow out yorkies hair they said was matted which was a lie I said trim dog if u are going to comb her they buzzed all her hair off charged me $158.00 dog looks terrible Im disgusted. Filmed and asked for there names they refused do not go to this rip of plays nasty ppl. Wife supervisor better business going all out to shut this place down.

After your dog was thoroughly examined by the groomer and speaking with you where you stated she had not been professionally groomed in the past 2 years, you were specifically told there would be an additional charge of $40 for dematting the doggie. You were explained that this process would take the groomer an additional 45 minutes so as to not stress or hurt the dog as the mattes were quite close to her skin. You were entitled not to agree to receive these services; this is your prerogative. What you did instead was have a tirade which is also recorded on our CCTV for evidence. You were rude, unhinged, and blatantly distressful to the staff of women only. They were all frightened by your indignant behavior. Again, you are entitled to waive services and leave with your dog, but you chose not to and then threw and fit of anger at the women in the establishment. We really hope that you are not part of law enforcement as your jacket label clearly reflected, because this type of behavior should not be serving our community, and your superiors should be made aware.

They killed my cat, 1,5 hour made grooming with water and hear drirer, they don't know its very terrible for cats.not professionals people working in salon!!!! Don't say sorry, nothing it's very very terrible

Although we are extremely empathetic to your loss and this tragedy, please do not misinform or defame us as we had nothing to do with the loss of your cat. As per the doctor's examination and what is written on the documents that you provided, sadly the cat had a heart attack. In addition, when asked to disclose if there are any health and/or medical issues, your wrote "no." After obtaining information from your veterinarian, we were informed that in fact there was a medial history for which your cat was prescribed medication: Enalapril 2.5 mg. Again, we are sorry for your loss as we can imagine as animal lovers ourselves how painful it is to lose a loving pet.
