We want to thank you Diane Yzaguirre for taking the time to leave such an informative review, you are obviously a very discerning consumer based on your review history and we take customer satisfaction very seriously We have reviewed the video of your encounter with our staff to see where we can improve and were able to see what transpiredUpon your entry to the shop you became agitated with the sounds of our equipment and reached out and slammed the door to the grooming area , after that commotion the dog that you said was "wailing" was actually a first time puppy customer with separation issues that our staff was spending a bit extra time with in order to calm her down, which by they way got louder after you looked over the Counter to yell at her Because the front desk didn't understand what your complaints were he asked why you were upset and talking about the last haircut leaving a Mohawk on your cute little soft coated wire hair terrier mix Marty that was born with his Mohawk because we did not give him a haircut or charge for a haircut either, according to the records you only paid for a bath and de-shedding as per your instructionsYou were very adamant about your rule number one for his haircut that absolutely no electric clipper was to ever touch your dog that you had to repeat it 3 times ,you took offense to our worker asking if you were going to be okay because you didn't appear to be well where upon you became very agitated and said that you were taking your business elsewhere, which we understand, everyone has the absolute right to shop and retain services fromWe have implemented other policies that will enable us to not have the same kinds of misunderstandings in the future and we thank you for thatAlso on a side note we have posted the video of the encounter on different social media platforms to inform others on how to deal with similar situations
