Emailed them a picture of a bug I found asking for an inspection. They called me to schedule an appointment and were here the next day.

I called 9 months after my warranty had expired explain to them what happened and they sent the tech out to my building the same week to do an inspection. They found out that my neighbors were infested and giving me bedbugs; they offered to treat my unit and my neighbors at an extremely discounted rate that I thought was fair given the circumstance.

Call EZ Bedbug to deal with a hoarder who was infested with bedbugs ruining my building. After multiple visits that were not planned they stuck to their word and finished the job. I would use them again they stood behind their work. Thanks again
