    I reached out to Isaac to help me change my body, lifestyle and outlook on fitness. I wanted to break my odd habits and overcome my gym anxieties. Within two months of training with Isaac, I have noticed a difference in my body, but most importantly, I noticed a huge difference in how I was felt. I was no longer exhausted after a long days work and had more energy to enjoy my life. From the beginning, Isaac was patient in teaching me proper form and overall good gym habits such as stretching before and after a workout. Based on my goals, Isaac really helped me build from the ground up to ensure that I would be prepared to tackle on difficult movements and heavier weights in the future. Isaac always used positive reinforcement to motivate me throughout our workouts while pushing me to go harder each time. I can honestly say after each workout I felt accomplished, stronger and hurt - the good hurt! As a freelancer, my schedule varies week to week and Isaac was very flexible and worked with me on scheduling our workouts. I would recommend Isaac to anyone of all fitness levels but especially to those who are beginners like I was. After training with Isaac I no longer am intimidated by the gym and look forward to the going to the gym. If youre looking to take the first step of your fitness journey and get fit, dont hesitate in booking with Isaac, I promise you hes worth it and you wont be disappointed!

    This was my first time trying a personal trainer so I was very apprehensive about what to expect. Luckily, Isaac has been amazing with customizing a workout plan to fit my goals and making me feel comfortable for a first timer. He is personable, flexible / responsive with scheduling appointments. Very knowledgable and careful in his instruction. Also, thankfully for me, very patient all while keeping me motivated. Highly recommend!!

    I have always been intimidated by the gym, but Isaac immediately made me feel comfortable about our workout routine. We started with simple stretches and exercises building my strength, stamina, and confidence. He always came prepared with an exercise regiment in mind well before our session which always made me feel like he was going the extra mile to build a routine just for me and my goals. I would highly recommend Isaac to any beginner or intermediate gym-goer who needs that extra motivation to start exercising.
