    I can't recommend Pongo Power Personal Training highly enough. I've worked with 4 different trainers there over the last 6 months and each has been knowledgeable, highly motivating, and frankly driven results. I was looking for a way to help avoid injuries and build strength; and they've done just that. I feel like I'm physically in my mid-20s again and actually look forward to going to the gym.

    I have been training with Pongo Power for over three years and have been so impressed with their knowledge, communication, and supportiveness. I can't recommend Ryan, Marina, and Matthew enough to anyone looking to learn more about training and get their bodies into the best physical shape possible. I started with them just to learn more about weight training, but they eventually guided me thru staying physically active through two pregnancies and post-partum recuperation safely and effectively. Pretty sure I'm in better shape now than I ever was before I had kids! The space is clean and set up for just one trainer and one client, so no fighting over weights/equipment!

    Personal trainers have many different types of training, some much more extensive than others. It took me a while to find someone who had the knowledge to truly personalize my fitness routine beyond a superficial level. Gardy is a medical exercise specialist, and has recommended that several others at Pongo Power complete this training in addition to whatever other training they already have. He is extremely knowledgeable, perceptive of the body's quirks, sweet, funny and professional. I have complete trust in him. He showed me that I was not ready for the exercises I had been doing, since I had to strengthen the interior core muscles first. Since then I have been making slow but sure progress under his care, and am starting to see and feel the results. He makes me feel more hopeful about getting older.

    Although the Pongo Power center I went to six years ago is unfortunately no longer around, I truly had a wonderful time as I went on the treadmill for the very first time in my life and did some other exercises with my then-trainer, Arielle, who was truly nice and supportive to me!!!
