As a previous and current client, I am revisiting my review based on my interactions with this firm and the level of service provided. In summary, I have decided not to engage their services again after this case is over. The quality of customer service remains subpar, with consistent unavailability when assistance is required. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns, I found it necessary to escalate matters to Mr. Frekhtman directly on numerous occasions to facilitate dialogue. Critical policy limits were not adequately communicated to me, and the referral to a physical therapy facility expedited my need for surgery, exacerbating my injuries. In essence, once the firm became aware of my policy limits, the level of care and consideration diminished significantly. Despite repeated attempts to terminate our engagement, the firms responsiveness remained lacking. Furthermore, I resorted to seeking cases updates through the supreme court e-court system, underscoring the firms apparent lack of client-centeredness. I sincerely hope that no one has to endure the ordeal I experienced following a car accident. The experience itself is profoundly unsettling, compounded by the severity of resulting injuries. My pursuit of justice was met with disappointment as both my attorney and the firm failed to provide the support and representation I anticipated. Update: Turmoil ensued following the drafting of my review. Mr. Frekhtman communicated via text his intention to withdraw from the case in response to the review's contents. His decision was evidently influenced by his disapproval of the review. Regrettably, he exhibited disregard for my perspective and sentiments, lacking the courtesy to engage in a direct conversation. This conduct sheds light on his character. Notably, neither he nor his law firm extended inquiries regarding my well-being post both surgeries. This demonstrates a lack of concern for my injuries. My earnest complaint was met with this disappointing reaction. It is disheartening to observe such indifference, especially considering the severity of my injuries. Subsequent discussions with Jennifer and Jessica led to a reconsideration on Mr. Frekhtman's part, albeit necessitating intervention to rectify the situation. It is gratifying to note that progress was achieved, culminating in the successful acquisition of the full $25,000 insurance limits from the defendant on the day of my initial review, followed by an additional $25,000 under the SUM the subsequent day. While it is asserted that all actions were executed within the bounds of the law, the demonstrated response warrants a reflection on the treatment received, prompting the issuance of a one-star rating. My rating reflects the manner in which I was treated amidst the ordeal. It is paramount to emphasize that I endured trauma, yet the focus appears to be disproportionately fixated on a negative review, instead of addressing the underlying concerns and prioritizing the client's well-being. You should also be an ashamed of your self for Laughing at a client. This is something that I have to deal with. This is a matter that I must address, and in fact, I owe no explanation. You cannot comprehend what I have endured, nor the pain I have suffered. Although his firm apologies Mr. Frekhtman has not. He chooses to update and change his response. I am relieved that I will not have to engage with this firm again.And I get to move on. Your conduct in response to a negative review, particularly as an attorney, is concerning. The manner in which you are communicating with a client is not in alignment with professional standards and warrants reflection. It is disheartening to perceive a lack of empathy or concern regarding the seriousness of my accident, which necessitated both neck and back discectomy procedures. Such behavior suggests a disregard for the well-being of your clients, which is regrettable in the legal profession.
