Initially, they reviewed my medical documents and accepted my case right away. I had previously submitted the same documents to another Law Firm and they refused to represent me. Shortly after accepting my case, I was assigned a case manager, Kimberly Del Prado, who provided support and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. She was readily available to answer all questions and advised me of important events, including medical appointments and deadlines for submission of paperwork. The icing on the cake in this process was Emily Grajales, the attorney assigned to represent me during my hearing. She is not only knowledgeable but she is very personable, kind and caring. Emily prepared me for my hearing in the most thorough way. She reached out, informing me of what to expect and answered all of my questions. I credit her for the favorable outcome of my case. I have only wonderful things about Markoff and Mittman. They are very knowledgeable and prompt. I have a lot of questions and often apologize for it but I'm always told that it's ok and then I'm told that if I have anymore questions don't hesitate to ask.
