The intake representative at the law firm displayed an aggressive tone and did not allow me the opportunity to fully answer her questions without passing judgment, despite my calling for a medical malpractice case with substantial evidence, showing a lack of attentiveness to the details I provided and continually asking repetitive questions, prompting apologies when reminded I had already given those details; given the frustration I was already experiencing due to my sustained injury, I saw no reason to subject myself to the discomfort of interacting with someone who wasn't an attorney, so I politely stated that this law firm was not suitable for me, to which she responded, "that's fine"; as a city employee, I am well aware of discerning between individuals from different backgrounds, and at this point in my adult life, I prefer to engage with professionals rather than those who exhibit a more colloquial demeanor.

Paul Oliveri and his team are awesome. I was hit by a car while cycling and found Paul on Google. I’m glad I did! Paul was super helpful in guiding me through all details of the post-crash landscape.
