I wanted passport pictures taken at this staples, and pictures were taken instantaneously without any appointment. The process was very smooth. Staples has their own parking which a big plus. Otherwise, looking for parking on Coney Island Avenue is a nightmare scenario.

Yesterday we came at 5 p.m. print business cards, the design was already ready, it was only necessary to print it out. But we were told it would be ready only tomorrow. Apparently after 5 p.m. they don't want to work.

So first of all I wanna say that People like Felix and Ashley are sooo needed not only for their professionalism ,but also for being such genuine humans! The other day I did have some little issues with business cards I placed an order for. I showed up a couple of days later around the closing time of the store.This you g gentleman made sure to hear abe address my problems and what I didn't expect by th next morning I already recieved a call stating my orders are ready ! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL as well as Ashley who is a very intelligent and so patient I working and explaining things to customers like myself .These people are manager material! They seriously do their best to assist .
