I contacted the company 3 days prior. I let the rep know that I wanted to transform my apartment and drape 3 walls for my event.
The rep told me that the young lady that did the quotes wasn't available for a quote and I would have to call back next week.
I called back the following week with the measurements...the rep put me on hold 5 times...asking the same questions over and over...
Just to let me know that the job was
"TOO SMALL FOR THEM*.
It shouldn't matter how big or small a job is....if you're a rental company, you're supposed to rent what the customer needs.
The funny thing is I have big events all the time...and was excited that I found a rental company close to home...too bad they lost a customer

I had an issue with my order. It was resolved and Im thrilled! Susan is my go-to person. I will definitely order next year for the holidays and other events. Customer service is critical! Thanks again!

If I could give a 0 I would. Very unprofessional. I placed my order for rental far in advance. I requested a heating proofing holding cabinet. I spoke with the office to make sure that they had what I needed. Instead I received a sterno holding cabinet. The cabinet was broken with do not use written on the door. The cabinet was leaning to one side, could not fit full size catering pans, and the door closed with a large gap which would allow the heat to escape. When I spoke with the office to get a new functional one they said it was too late in the day (3 pm on a Friday) to get me another. I was left with a non functioning item that I couldnt use which was already paid for.

They dont follow their contract and dont pick up and set up at the times you require them to. Very difficult to work with. Do not recommend.
