Absolutely terrible very unprofessional lady and no ac . And she gives a hard time giving deposit back smh just horrible

Lulu seemed understanding and considerate. She offered me a decor package for my daughter's party, so of course I said okay! I thought it was a one stop shop. I had to reach out about the deposit in which turned into a nasty agreement. Lulu decided to rent decor from different vendors, and was charged a cleaning fee for the items on HER agreement. She charged me a $150 cleaning fee for decor napkins (they were left on the table), dust particles on the floor, and a hook we didn't know was there there. One of the AC's did not work, and it was 81 degrees outside. Since her spot is on the second floor, and we know heat rises it was hot. Outside was cooler than the venue. My cake and treats melted. She said we could put on the AC on, but when the AC was on it leaked. So the AC fluid leaked on the food for our guest. We had to throw out food and treats. When I asked for compensation, she stated that she offered me an extra hour as compensation. Yes, she offered me an extra hour for free in the venue that was hot as hell (literally). She did not give me my full deposit, and thinks that because she offered me an extra hour for free (yes IN THE HOT VENUE) that makes up for the money loss. Again, HER ac did not work and she did not want to compensate me financially. I would not recommend this venue or event planner to anyone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It was an incredibly unpleasant experience at Touch of Jaz/Bellas Event Rentals. The owner's lack of professionalism was evident throughout the entire event. To begin with, they failed to disclose that the AC was leaking, resulting in fluid falling onto the food, cupcakes, and birthday cake, causing a complete mess and ruining the treats. When the issue about her negligence was mentioned, her response was far from satisfactory. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, her response showed a complete lack of accountability and customer service. Additionally, the room was unbearably hot, despite the presence of children at the event (infants and toddlers may I add). Shockingly, when concerns and the discomfort caused by the heat was expressed to her, the owner dismissed it, claiming that the AC was not included in the deal. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing this experience was. The unprofessional behavior of the owner, their failure to address the AC leakage issue, and their refusal to take responsibility for the inconvenience and potential health risks posed by the intense heat made this event an absolute disaster. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking any events with this business. Save yourself the frustration and find a venue that values professionalism, accountability, and the comfort of their customers.

The owner for this venue is very unprofessional. I was physically assaulted in her venue she refused to show footage and took more than 72 hours to send my security deposit back. Then claim I damage the wall when her ac was leaking. I was the one reaching out to her she only respond because I state will take legal action.

I gave my daughter a surprise party here for her 17th birthday. The food and decorations were amazing. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Bellas Events for such an amazing experience.
