800 Flatbush Parking

Born in this area and moved a long time ago. When I tell you this garage is the best thing to happen in this area I'm not lying. I been using them the past 3 days I will NEVER STREET PARK AGAIN. I came all all hours of the day and just pull up and got out the car everytime Done. That easy Tyler and the other guy deal with very rude disrespectful tenants and guest. I witnessed them keep their calm in situations where I would have lost it. Please give those 2 guys a raise. I got 5 star service everyday. 10/10 $30 for the entire day and your car is safe. Thanks guys

We were looking for somewhere to park our van, called this place with description of our vehicle and they gave me $40 daily rate. When we arrived the person that worked there confirm it would be $40 ($30 daily rate + $10 for oversized vehicle subcharge). When we came to pick it up a week later they try to charge us $60 a day with no other option than paying in cash. One more thing our van was parked at the entrance to the parking lot and not underground. Not an honest place, I would not recommend.

I was their customer for nearly 2 years. Ive always found the staff professional. Even in case of inconvenience Johnny the manager has always been affable and available to solve the situation. They are customer-centered, never found a scratch on my car. Highly recommended.
