I had a terrible experience and i didnt even meet my provider. They changed location 2 hours before my appointment. I went through a lot of trouble getting there which wasnt even the problem. When i arrived i had issues with where to park and where the entrance of the place was. I only had one number to call which was the call center who puts you on hold until someone is available. They told me that she will come down and meet me and she never did. I never seen her and no one contacted me again. I couldnt leave my car so i waited, i was gonna just pay for the parking garage but the fact that 20 minutes had now passed with no one to come and no one to even contact me i decided to call back and they had me on hold for about 20 minutes so i made my way home then in total of 45 minutes they call me back saying they thought i was coming up. Coming up for 45 minutes?? Are you kidding me? They had no care in the world. Terrible
